On the second Tuesday of each month we feature a Top 10 list of some of the best online resources for information on topics including: real-estate, moving, home repair, home decor, house-hunting, finance, budgeting and much, much more.  Each list covers blogger topics that are helpful to new or veteran home owners, and those who are considering buying a property.

    Real Estate Geeks is a consolidated resource for mortgage and real estate news with a focus on Toronto, Ontario, but don’t let the Toronto location fool you!  In addition to highlighting local real estate listings there are plenty of provincial, national, and international features posted on a regular basis, along with articles and videos covering topics like tips when searching for a home, selling a home, or securing your down payment.

    This is the official blog of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).  Going with the café theme, this site offers a “Weekly Blend” of a blog entry that highlights the biggest news in the Canadian real estate market complete with embedded links for those who want to learn a little more.
